It’s the reason the Metro Atlanta Automobile Dealers Association (MAADA) operates The
Academy for Automotive Professionals. It’s the largest dealer-owned automotive training
operation of its kind in the United States, providing training for aspiring automotive professionals
in the areas of sales, management, and fixed operations.

MAADA’s 40,000 square foot training facility features five large classrooms, each outfitted with
fully integrated audiovisual presentation technology. It also includes 16 fully equipped service
bays, a frame machine, down-draft paint booth, and a detailing workshop, all of which provide
students with a hands-on, real-world training experience.

MAADA’s team of industry professionals is dedicated to the success of every
student that passes through the doors of the facility, equipping them with
the skills that they’ll need to prosper in today’s ever-evolving automotive
landscape. Shayne Wilson, President of the Metro Atlanta Automobile
Dealers Association, says, “Franchised new vehicle dealerships
