2025 Kia Carnival:
The Kia Carnival gets new front and rear fascias, as well as new
in-cabin tech and even a new optional hybrid engine for 2025.
Updates include a new larger grille and headlights that match
those of Telluride, while the rear end mimics the Sorento SUV.
Inside, there’s a new optional 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster
and 12-inch infotainment touchscreen. There’s also a
new digital rearview mirror. The Carnival seats
7 passengers and is only offered as a 4-door
minivan. Competitors include the Chrysler
Pacifica, Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna.
Five trims are offered: LX, LXS, EX, SX and SX
Prestige. Two engines are available: A 3.5-liter
V6 engine that makes 287 horsepower and
mates to an 8-speed automatic transmission. A
new range-topping hybrid engine is optional:
A 1.6-liter 4-cylinder aided by an electric motor that produces 272 horsepower
and pairs to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Only front-wheel-drive models
are offered. Pricing ranges from $35,000 to $48,000.
