2019 MAZDA 3 SPECS
                                                                                                                TYPE
Mazda is back with an all-new 3, and they’re hoping it lives up to the reputation established by its predecessor. Offered in Compact Sedan/
both sedan and hatchback form, the Mazda 3’s styling has been tweaked a bit for the new version, with the further-evolved Hatchback
KODO design language offering inspired looks from just about any angle. Mazda’s design team wanted to elevate the 3’s DRIVETRAIN
visual appeal, placing it more on-par with its European counterparts, although the previous 3 was nothing at all to scoff 2.5-liter Inline
at. The interior design continues to impress, offering styling and comfort that you wouldn’t expect to find in a compact 4-cylinder, 186-HP
within its price range. An all-new 8.8-inch Mazda CONNECT screen displays a wide variety of information, provides access to 6-Speed Automatic Trans-
entertainment, and is standard on all models. There’s also a 7-inch TFT reconfigurable gauge cluster display, LED headlights mission (6-MT available
and taillights, remote keyless entry, rearview camera, push button start, new knee airbags, and many more features. Well on hatchback)
known as quite a performer in the curves, Mazda is taking a chance by switching to torsion-beam suspension setup on the FUEL ECONOMY
rear, replacing the previous multilink setup that gave the 3 its handling credentials. This is a cost-saving move, but Mazda is
confident it’s one that won’t undercut the 3’s performance N/A at time of
potential. Under the hood you’ll find the Skyactiv-G publication
